It has a large terrace surrounding it with ample spaces for relaxing and having leisurely meals and evening drinks. There are deckchairs, garden chairs and a table seating for 8. You can also use the large communal garden area outside (three thousand squared metres) with flowerbeds and fountain where children can play. There is ample parking all around the building.

A garage is also available.Three mountain bicycles, four beach chairs and one beach umbrella are provided. The apartment is not hot in the summer because it is air conditioned and the terrace is protected with awnings. The nearest supermarket and a gym with indoor pool are only a 5 minute walk. Pescara airport is only 35 minutes drive away. Ancona airport is 2 1/2 hour drive away. Rome airports are a 2 1/2 hour drive away.
